We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and talented individual for the position of Technical Solutions Specialist in Lawrenceville, GA. This role will communicate with customers, consumers and field sales force to provide value added customized technical solutions, solving problems that may arise from pool & spa water chemistry, products, computer hardware, proprietary water analysis software (ALEX) and service inquiries for multiple brands. It also provides a dedicated escalation point for the Customer Care Order Management and Inside Sales teams for technical solutions on pool & spa water chemistry, products, computer hardware, proprietary water analysis software. Finally, it provides support Dealer Programs by educating the customers in water treatment customer events.
Field calls from our dealer & distributor customers and field sales to regarding water chemistry issues.
Provide value added customized solutions for water chemistry issues to meet contractual service agreements and maximize customer satisfaction and overall experience.
Document specifics of calls into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in order to provide management and technical services with data. Data will be used to determine root cause/issues with products, water analysis software, and to collect competitive and industry knowledge.
Provide first level escalated technical assistance for our field sales, order management team, and inside sales team.
Provide value added customized solutions for water chemistry issues to meet contractual service agreements and maximize customer satisfaction and overall experience.

Provide 1st Level Escalation Technical support for Customer Care Order Management, Inside sales teams, and field sales for hardware and software issues related to "ALEX" water chemistry software and AccuDemand, AccuScan and Smart Lab equipment (testing stations).
Provide solutions for hardware & software issues related to "ALEX" water chemistry software as well as AccuScan and Smart Lab equipment (testing stations) to meet contractual service agreements and maximize customer satisfaction and overall experience.

BS in Chemistry, Biology, or science related field or equivalent preferred
Must be able to work mulitple shifts including 11am to 8pm
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, and Access or other similar programs.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
