Field Technician
Perform independently and as a team in supporting full service offerings. Customer relation skills, technical competency and ability to work well with others are critical success factors. n is a GSA contract holder, therefore must be able to pass an extensive background check.
Essential Functions:
Maintain equipment readiness; includes HVAC, dehumidifiers, heating and additional ancillary equipment.
Install and operate equipment at the job site, at direction of the Project Manager.
Follow Scope of Work and communicate with Project Manager and client progress during a project.
Understand basic psychrometric needs for cooling, heating and drying application.
Able to work independently following industry standards.
Familiar in use and function of various testing equipment utilized at projects and in the shop.
Assist as required in all services, including temporary humidity control and property restoration
Document daily work via computer or hand held device
Job
Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
Minimum 2 years technical school or equivalent on the job experience in HVAC/Electrical
Must have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer skills
Professional manner and appearance
Willingness to work overtime and when needed
Willingness to travel on short notice
Must be able to pass DOT certified driver screening
Heavy lifting (50-75 lbs.) is required

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
