Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager

Performs system administration and functions as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) 2010 which will include configuration changes, join and projection resolution, Management Agent (MA) creation, monitoring and performance tuning. Understands current identity management processes and identify opportunities to automate additional functions within the company.
Understands the on-boarding and off-boarding process of FIM 2010
Implements changes to current identity management processes by leveraging the FIM workflow and policy engine.
Updates and maintains FIM password reset portal.
Provides reports for on-boarding & off-boarding process and auditing purposes to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Development skills including C# programming related to FIM a plus, Windows Workflow Foundation, Power Shell, SQL programming, understanding of Web Services standards and VBScript.
Design, implement and maintain complex systems infrastructure including applications, services, servers, management tools, performance tools.
Work with peers and other senior level IT team members within the organization to develop solutions for complex technical problems & business requirements.
Leverage technical expertise to address escalated issues from within the IT organization.
Review, advice and design standard software and hardware builds.
Assess system options, risks, costs versus benefits and impact on the organization's business processes and goals.
Assist in the development of and management an architecture governance process.
Partner with IT organizations responsible for applications and databases to develop solutions tailored to specific business requirements.
Collect requirements and develop technical designs and implementation plans for major systems infrastructure projects including, but not limited to, messaging & collaboration technologies.
Lead implementations of messaging and collaboration technologies.
Leverage depth and breadth of technical expertise to address escalated issues from within the company
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications
Requires 4 year college degree, technical certification or equivalent experience.
Requires minimum of 7 years of experience with Microsoft operating systems and networking.
Requires minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
Requires minimum of 5 years of experience with UNIX is preferred
Requires Windows operating systems preferred
Requires minimum of 5 years of experience with VMWare ESX products.
Requires thorough knowledge of TCP/IP protocol; requires extensive knowledge of networking hardware and ability to use that knowledge to configure and maintain installed systems.
Experience with Identity Management Software is desired (Microsoft Forefront is preferred)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
