Bilingual Japanese speaking QC Supervisor (plastics)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Implement effective quality control plans so that quality is never compromised and risk factors are nullified, to the minimum possible extent.
Prepare work instructions, inspection sheet and other necessary notice to the production. (All documents have to be conforming to ISO.)
Implement and execute project management procedures; Identify problems, pose plausible solutions and implement those solutions to achieve objectives of the project.
Check quality of products/services to ensure that quality control plans are followed per customer agreements. Recommend stop the production if there is a serious quality issue.
First Article: Check if the first article (First time sample) is according to the specification from a customer. (Do PPAP if needed.) This includes parts from suppliers.
Mass production: take necessary step (Lot inspection, hourly inspection, receiving inspection and shipping inspection.)
QC Audit of suppliers
Visit work sites as needed to check if all required standards of quality are followed
Supervise working of quality inspectors. Plan and coordinate quality control activities and conduct sessions to explain to workers the importance of following national/international quality rules and regulations.
Review and approve documentation reports, contractor audits and other official reports to keep as final records.
Inspection tool: maintenance of inspection tools.
Support the production department other than the quality issues.
Supervisory Responsibilities Supervises multiple employees in the QC Department
Working hours: 40
Looking for a Bilingual Japanese speaking candidate
Plastics experience is required, automotive industry experience is a plus (knowledge in PPAP, FEMA process)
Ability to work a diverse group of people on all levels; warehouse to top management
Supervisor experience required
Possible overtime, Sat, Sunday work
Regular shift will be either from 7am-4pm or 8:30am-5:30pm; willing to work with the individual
Word, Excel, e-mail experience required
Background Screenings/Drug Test is required
