Underdirection of the Production Supervisor, employees will need to meet dailyproduction goals while complying with safety processes and procedures. Currentpositions needing to fill:
assembly, machine operators, shipping, and frames.Job
Responsibilities:
Able to read a tapemeasure and cut wood per specificationsUse manual or powerhand tools to perform one or more repetitive production line assemblyoperations to produce medium-sized, light-weight productsSelect appropriate materials,fitting, and tools for each task.Unload and stackassembly materialsAbility to quicklysort products while performing inspections to meet quality standardsWork at a steady,rapid pace under close supervision;Using hands, arms andlegs in handling, positioning, and moving materials weighing up to 50poundsPromote and maintaina team environment consistent with company values and principlesDisplay a willingnessand availability to work irregular hours and overtime as neededClean work area dailyWilling tocross-train in different work stations/departments as neededDisplay a positive,Can Do attitude - be a change agentOther duties asassignedWorkingConditions:
