The CSR works within a collaborative team that focuses on education accounts.
He/she is central point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and team members from point of sale to final billing.
They are responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through their ability stay organized, communicate effectively, and coordinate properly with those involved in each project.
They must have a passion for customer service and enjoy working with a diverse group of people daily to achieve successful flooring projects.
Responsibilities Support team members daily Set up new jobs into system (RFMS) with material and labor information Create and follow up on material POs with vendors Coordinate schedules with field manager and subcontractors Invoice/Bill customers for completed jobs Final Close out jobs in system Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills High attention to detail Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel Self-starter Positive attitude Team player Strong mathematical aptitude Prior Flooring Background or RFMS software experience eoe Job Type:
