Candidates with strong communcation skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out.
You will help with identifying customer needs; present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple channels - Respond to questions, provide information, and promote products while meeting our needs - Identitfy the root cause of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution - Maintain required product knowledge to deliver world class service THE IDEAL CANDIDATE - Well spoken, energetic, and enthusiastic - Eager to be successful; driven to earn additional performance based bonus - Passion to provide service excellence - High School or equivalent BENEFITS - Team Leader and Management positions available - Entry Level agents make $700 per week on average - Managers earn up to $1500 per week on average - Earn Travel opportunities, bonuses, and many other benefits - No experience necessary - Free training provided Job Type:
