Our practice is dedicated to evaluating and treating both acute and chronic pain throughout the state of Georgia.
This is a position for our Lawrenceville clinic and surrounding areas.
SUMMARY As a Lab Tech, one must be able to effectively collect urine and swab samples from patients in a timely manner and perform clinical duties under the supervision of a licensed provider.
We are seeking motivated individuals who show great communication skills.
Must be able to problem-solve and multitask as we are a fast-paced practice.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Working alongside clinic staff assisting patients with responsibilities, not limited to:
Collecting urine and mouth swabs Accurately documenting in EMR system Providing updates on testing process as well as reiterating test results if necessary Effectively process urine samples separating for testing and preparing for analysis shipment Report to office manager or practice administrator REQUIREMENTS Must be responsive and comfortable handling and processing urine samples Must be willing to travel to other locations Detail-oriented Experience using eClinicalWorks or other EHR system preferred 1 year clinical experience preferred Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience Job Type:
