Responsibilities:
Perform Accounts Payable responsibilities; obtain payment approvals; prepare checks; post open items in accounts payable daily; maintain petty cash; communicate cash requirements to Office Manager.
Perform Accounts Receivable responsibilities; prepare statements; receive/post payments; prepare and reconcile daily deposit.
Manage daily deal postings.
Manage timely filing of all dealership forms, records, reports, correspondence; search and retrieve documents as requested; keep record of documents removed from files.
Assist Title Clerk and Office Manager when necessary.
Fill in for other administrative positions as assigned by Office Manager.
Job Requirements:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers coworkers.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages.
Maintain professional appearance and neat work area.
Team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
