Come join our family! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WAREHOUSE MANAGER In this warehouse management position, you are the backbone that our field technicians depend on to keep their jobs flowing smoothly.
As a planner with efficiency in mind, you work closely with our dispatch team to ensure that techs can stay working on-site as much as possible.
You make this happen by providing inventory information over the phone, coordinating repairs, and making sure company vehicles are serviced and maintained as needed.
Using our computer software, you are meticulous about tracking inventory so that you can easily fill orders and ensure that stock is ready when needed.
You also produce delivery documents, coordinate shipments, track costs, evaluate vendors, and manage the processes regarding merchandise returns and warranties.
You also will be in charge of making sure vehicles are serviced and maintained.
You're an excellent leader who effectively manages associates by providing clear directions, resolving problems, and setting deadlines.
Always looking for ways to increase efficiency, you brainstorm ideas, implement processes for improvement, and select capable candidates to interview and hire.
Your attention to detail makes for a smooth-running operation, and you finish each day feeling at peace and proud of the work you've done! QUALIFICATIONS Computer skills involving spreadsheets, word processing, and email Experience using inventory and warehouse management software 5 years asset/warehouse management experience Are you detail-oriented?
