SureLock Technology is looking for an Customer Service And Sales Support Representative to join our team in our Lawrenceville office.
The CSSSR is responsible for overseeing the general administrative functions and any events or activities in the office.
The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience working in an office supporting multiple levels of employees.
He/she greets visitors and should present an accessible and approachable tone as well as have excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate has a healthy initiative and can anticipate needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates Sales pipeline management Build quotes for outside sales reps Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate degree preferred Three years of previous office management experience Superb communication skills In addition, our ideal candidate will have some or all of these
Qualifications:
Previous Inside Sales Experience within the Technology Industry, preferably selling services, Advanced technology solutions Experience Selling into the Public Sector Prior Experience Working with Complex RFP's Prior Experience Working for a IT Distributor such as SYNNEX, Ingram Micro, Tech Data, D&H, etc.
