This is a full time, permanent position based at our office location.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and have 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Requirements Team-oriented Self-starter and able to work independently Excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications 2-3 years' experience in Customer Service with a manufacturing background Able to work in the office Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Responsibilities Receive inbound calls and emails.

Invoicing, sales, CAD software and equipment, etc.

Assist in pricing projects and data collection projects.
Respond to customer inquiries to provide both technical and non-technical solutions.
Resolve complex and unusual requests and problems.
Analyze customer needs and provide updates to other departments to contribute to customer satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions.
Utilize proprietary software and technology to record and manage activities with customers.
